I am a cross country runner who ran at the northeast regional race yesterday, and now my left calf is killing me. It started right after the race. I saw a trainer who said it was because my calf was so weak the smaller muscles around the calf needed to do the work the calf normally does, which makes it hurt. I already know of calf raisesI ran XC too and played softball and one that we did was standing on a ledge such as a stair, and just keep the tip of your toes on the stair and let your heels and most of your foot hang off the side. Scenario... Using PM3. When you first enter 3D List mode, focus is set on the right side where the viewing options are. Hitting 'Right' once will set focus to the list box (to scroll up and down through the albums). Hitting 'Right' again will set focus on the square for the scroll bar. Question...
